BLYRO stands for each of the author’s family member’s first or nickname. The author of this book is also known as “The Quiet Mom” for her blog Olah Momma! (http://olahmomma.com), which is her fun way of saying, “Hello Mom!”

She finished her Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture major in Crop Science, and had been author/co-author for scientific agricultural and socio-economic research articles for selected cities in South East Asia. She eventually surrendered her profession to become a fulltime mom and wife, and is currently living in the U.S with her family.

Author’s Dream

BLYRO is an ambitious author. In living a simple life and experiencing penniless moments, she was able to capture how happy a person could be with a little help.  She also believes that one does not need to have something to give something, but do something and you could give something.  After sleepless nights, struggling hopes and hopeful dreams, her first children’s picture book “Over and Under” was born – with the intention of raising 10,000 of its copies to be given away to less fortunate children living in agencies catering homeless children and family, and to families with very low income who could not afford quality books that are also easy and enjoyable to read with their very little time for their precious little ones.  The author prays that you will help her with her family to make this dream come true.

The Nightly Prayer

 This is BLYRO’s daughter’s nightly prayer:

“Lord Jesus, thank you for the day you gave us today.”

And then she wishes:

“Please give us our own house and our own puppy, a leash, a farm with sheep on it, a playground, friends, sisters, a merry-go-round, Amen.”

Not everyone believes in a child’s prayer and faith.  This inspires the author to make someone happy with little things for little angels.
